Amruta Institute of Engineering and Management Sciences (AIEMS) was established in 2008 in Bengaluru and is under the umbrella of Basaveshwara Veerashaiva Vidya Vardhak Sangha (BVVS), Bagalkot—a renowned educational trust with a strong legacy of excellence in education and value-based learning.

AIEMS stands as a realization of the visionary leadership of our Chairman, Dr. Veeranna C. Charantimath, and the divine inspiration of His Holiness Gurubasava Swamiji of Bilur, with a firm commitment to building a world-class institution for technical and management education.

Driven by a mission to promote academic excellence, innovation, ethical leadership, and holistic development, AIEMS is dedicated to empowering students with industry-relevant skills, professional competence, and a global outlook—preparing them to emerge as capable engineers, managers, and responsible citizens in an ever-evolving technological landscape.

The Campus is located on a sprawling 14.35 acres of land surrounded by lush green plantations in Bidadi, Bengaluru City. The institution is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, India.

  • ⁠To apply the knowledge gained in the first year of engineering through a practical project experience.
  • To provide first-year students with hands-on project experience guided by faculty

  • ⁠To enhance collaboration and teamwork skills by working in student groups of 5 to 10 members.
  • ⁠To develop problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovation skills among first-year students.
  • ⁠To facilitate a practical application of theoretical concepts learned in the classroom.
